I talked my local bait shop into getting some Rage Tail baits. I told them to get the Space Monkey, Smokin Rooster, Toad, and Shad. Wish now that I'd told them to get the Craw. Is it okay to ask which colors work best in general? I have good luck with pumpkin and watermelon baits, so I told them to get some of those. Never fished a crawfish bait of any kind before, so I may be getting them to get some of those if the Rage Tails sell good for them.

anything rage is a good thing. great products. junebug works best for me, anacondas are some of my favorite worms, and nothing compares to a rage toad, they are ridiculous, well except maybe the shad...

watermelon is always a good choice. Black / blue is awesome as well.

Baby Rage Craw is deadly... The Thumper is awesome.

The local Dicks sells all of the Rage Tails except, you guessed it, Anaconda and Space Monkey. Went to a Dicks about 40 miles away. Same thing. I also checked out a local tackle specific store. The only Rage Tails they carried were the Chunk, Thumper and Smoking Rooster. They have every Zoom imaginable, probably every Yamato made, but only a few Rage Tails.

Have to order some from BPS, but I hate paying for the shipping. It's like I'm paying for an extra pack and getting nothing.

Your local store could do great with the complete line of Rage Tails especially the craw, you got them off to a great start though.

As for colors and the craw; GP, Double Header, Dirty Craw & Falcon Craw are my favorites.

The Rage line is awesome. The best colors for me have been the watermelon/red flake and big tex.

I like all of the colors that I would use with other soft plastics. (Watermelon, Junebug, etc.)

Oh yeah what color did u get.Where are u going to use them at.I bet bass at Paradise pfa would love those things.I went to my local tackle shop after I almost passed out fishing in the heat.I fished from 6 to around 1 pm yesterday anyways all they had at the store that was rage was one color shad and one color rage toad.Crazy.

Tried the Rage Toad today and got like 5 hits just fishing from the bank of the pond behind my house. Very small bass. I actually used the Stanley Ribbitt Double Take hook with the rage toad and the frog seemed to run fine. Not sure I'm gonna stick with that setup though.

I must not have gotten the memo that these "Rage" baits are the best thing since the invention of the jig & pig. I am going to have to try them out. If you were going to be fishing a new lake and could only use one type and color WHAT WOULD IT BE?
