What hook do you guys use for fat Ika's? I was using a ewg offset and the bait slipped every other cast, I went to a springlock straight shank, and it worked the nuts, both hooks were texed. Did I do something wrong with the ewg or do they just not work as well, possibly because of the softness of the Yamamoto's?

    i use a trokar #4 wide gap...they cost alittle more but get more hookups and rarely slides
