Santee Cooper Fishing Guide

Featured Replies

I'm going to be spending some time down in Charleston and would love to spend a day out on Marion while I'm here. I don't have any of my gear, though and would love to hire a guide. Can anyone recommend someone that I could use or speak with?

I have a very close personal friend that has retired from guiding On Santee-Cooper, so I can no longer recommend anyone that I have used. However, Inky Davis has a very good reputation in that area, but I have never hired him. A large number of fishing guides in that area primarily guide for catfish or even shellcracker. Inky Davis guides for bass only. Good luck...............Al

Inky Davis is the choice for that lake.
