Half Tubes?

Featured Replies

I think they are called half tubes. But they look like half of a boat that straps to your back. If you know what I am talking about, are they worth the money? It would be something I would use in some of the larger ponds that I dont really need to use a boat, but need to get in the water to get to some of the hot spots.

I know a couple guys that float tube in some small ponds, and do quite well. Not for me though.

I know alot of guys use them for fly fishing. Didnt know if there would be any complications with a spinning reel or baitcaster

I would imagine light spinning tackle would be fine. Baitcasting may be a bit difficult.
