I have the above on board battery charger. How long should I expect it to take to charge the 3 batteries? I understand it depends on how drained they are. But they shouldn't be fully drained but it still takes overnight to charge them.

You don't really have an 18amp charger. What you have is 3-6 amp chargers. Battery size also makes a big difference. For example, heavy duty 29 DC batteries drained about half takes 4-6 hrs to recharge on my 10 amp chargers. I would say that overnight is about right for 6 amp chargers.
