Today i went to a small lake/pond with my bros friend. I was fishing a senko but decided to throw a jig while pedaling up stream on my float tube. One the first cast, while reeling it in i felt it get snagged and than a fat tug. I set the hook and the fight began. He fought hard of a medium sized bass. I guessed a little over 3lbs what do u guys think? p.s. he was a little over 17 inches

It was the only fish caught by us. We were about to leave and my friend said look at this! We jumped out of the truck and ran to the opening of the pond. We saw this.

The was a house on fire a couple miles down the road. The craziest part is we were right where the helicopter is we were right there 10 minutes ago. He was only 30-40ft away.The helicopter soaked both of us but really did make our day out fishing.

This was also my first bass on a jig. blue and black strike king with black with blue flake yum craw trailer

Yea it was the first time i have ever been this close to a helicopter filling up. I ended sending the pics to the news channel and they made a slideshow for the case and added my photos
