Lake Louissa state park is less than one mile from vacation village. They have 2-3 lakes in the park that are pretty good size and you can rent a boat. I understand the fishing is pretty good. The park also borders "The Clermont Chain of Lakes" which is a large chain of lakes that I live on. The chain is very good fishing. The park has a beach that will allow you to fish for about 1 mile around it. Vacatin village also has a dock on the chain of lakes where you can fish. I drive by vacation village every noght on the way home.

Bring a popper, a senko, and a t-rig. Do a google map search of the area you are going to be in and try to fish small bodies of water around that area. Just about every canal, lake, pond, and even ditch has bass.
