2012 St.croix Ltb

Featured Replies

I saw the 2012 St.croix catalog and the legend tournament series was completely redone. The rods look sweet , they have a split reel seat . It looks as if they changed all the lengths slightly for all their actions. I didn't get a chance to read in depth but just had a quick look. I might even have to consider an LTB instead of the legend extremes when I get my 3 rods this year.

Any pics or info on net? I heard they made some changes? Are they available yet?

i called st croix in regards to the rage and all 3 new legend tournaments (bass, walleye and musky) about a week ago, they said that they had been delayed once, and possibly again, but should be available late spetember / early october.

the new legend tournaments also are now made with NSI (like the legend elite/extreme, just with SCIV instead of SCV/SCVI) which is pretty cool, and i like the looks of the LTB, makes me wonder what they are doing to the walleye series, as i am more of a full grip fan.

my legend tournament walleye "deep cranker" (7' mhm spinning rod) is by far my favorite rod, at least till i upgrade my legend elite to a legend extreme, then we shall see!
