Bass Fishing In South Carolina

Featured Replies

What are the best bass(LM or SM) fishing lakes in South Carolina? Are any in the Clemson area? We're looking into possibly retiring to the Clemson/Seneca area. Thanks.

There is, check out lake hartwell. I was up there yesterday. It's got a pretty wide range of cover/structure to fish, and boat docks everywhere.

Thanks. guys. Where are Lakes Greenwood and Russell? How big are they?

Greenwood and Russell are south of Anderson. Russell is part of the Savannah River Chain of Lakes and Greenwood is just east of Greenwood, SC. Both are very big.

Greenwood is known for it's dock fishing and Russell is known for it's Spotted Bass. Both are great fisheries.
