You guys are killing me fishing! I strained my back last week, caught the 24 hour stomach virus from my son on Wednesday of last week and vomited and had diarrhea all night, which in-turn had me on bed rest for two days further those making my back worse. So I did some stretching exercises Sunday night and ended up waking up Monday morning not being able to WALK, had to craw like the dog I am for this whole week, had an MRI done on Tuesday and it was a really bad herniated disc L5, so today I had a caudal epidural and I am still hurting, hope the steroids and pain meds give some relief cause right now I am worthless. Point is I am living vicariously through BR and wish I could get out there. Tight Lines, catch a hawg for me!

Get well, Robert. I'll give you the play by play account this weekend.

Good luck Shane. I think they're doing some controlled burning at Lox right now. Is the refuge open for fishing?

Been there done that, Ice is your friend.

Hopefully it will suck back in, 3 years ago I went to the floor and couldn't get up, spent a week in hospital until they did the epidural shot. That took about 3 days to set in.

It gets better you just always have to watch it, riding in these bass boats kills you after awhile.

Feel for you, Robert. Been there. I am not big on the meds....and as wacky as it looks an inversion table has worked for me as an ongoing preventive/therapeutic thing. I hang after every workout. Very relaxing.

I hope you feel better.
