Anyone know anything about old lures and how much they're worth?  I have 5 or 6 super old wooden Heddon lures that I wouldn't mind selling on e-bay of they are worth anything.  Just noticed some guy sold one for $31,000 and that got my heart pumping.

I also have an old wooden Poe lure that's hand painted but have no idea what that's worth either.

Any ideas to find out how much these lures could be worth if anything at all?

x2 I find that lures and pretty much everything is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it! I go through E-bay when trying to get an idea of an items monetary value. Usually works!

How can I tell what the names of the lures are?  It doesnt really say anywhere on the baits.

I've sold a lot of old lures directly to collectors or on ebay. Can be surprising what some collectors will pay. Don't expect 30k, but can help with the habit.

Do a Google search for vintage lures and you will find sites where the collectors hang out. They can tell you what they are and what they are worth.
