Fishing For Freedom

Featured Replies

So I'm a female staff sergeant in the U.S. Army and I'm so excited to participate in this year's Fishing for Freedom event at Fort Hood. But to my surprise, there hasn't been any women pros to sign up to be guides for us troops. I'm wondering why? Is there a big tournament going on at the same time? The dates are 14 & 15 October. I would love to have been paired up with a female pro for this event. It's really too bad. I know the event coordinators are still looking for pros with boats to come out. If you're interested in giving back to some troops, many of us fresh back from deployment, please let me know. Thanks much and see you on the water. ~ SSG V
