I intend to fish thru October and I had a question about my battery. If the temp. gets below freezing, will it ruin my battery? My boat sits outside, and I use one of those battery control boxes, so it's a PITA to unhook everything each time. Thanks.

If you keep it charged, you will have no problems. Just think of all the vehicles in all the cold climates that are outdoors all the time.

What is a "battery control box"?
