I try to swim.

Work keeps me away or I just don't feel like it so I don't swim as often as I should.

I go to an indoor pool that is kept at 92* and it is heaven.

I need to lose 30 pounds to continue my quest to be thin and happy.

Easier said than done. I think I will go and eat some ice cream while I think about it. ;)

I read the first sentence, and thought why would anyone swim while fishing? Wow its been a long day.

Actually, I was just thinking about this. I got back to my lifting regimine but added a long jog at least 3 times a week. Earlier, I put a pair of pants on that used to be really tight. They slid down my waist.

Well when i fish im usually on my float tube.. Thats some excercise!

A beer a day keeps the kidney stones away. Also I run 3x a week, lift x 2 and just lowered my high stress level by completing recruiting duty.

I try to leave my work problems at work and not bring them home with me. I also work out 3 to 5 times a week depending on what I have going on.
