VERY fast turn around!

I sent in a reel that the gears felt striped/rough/ grinding. I sent it express mail USPS on monday so they got it TUES morning.........got it back today and it was postmarked TUES!!!

they got it, fixed it and shipped it right back out in 1 day!

More than happy and will buy nothing but Lew's reels from here on out.

I sent off for a pair of the boat bags you get if you buy a reel . Mailed it on Monday and had my stuff on Friday!
