Still hanging in there. It is still difficult but luckily I have been super busy and not much time to think about it.

I did 25 miles on the mountain bike last weekend. That's a personal best.

keep it up man!! I smoked for 10 years or so then started dippig, been on that for another 10 years. I plan to quit on my birthday, which is Thanksgiving day. I figure ten years of each is enough.

Cliff

How's the quitting?

Good to hear!

Amazing how the physical activity can help. That's how I stayed smoke free for one of my longest 'breaks'. Became addicted to working out instead of smoking.

Stay strong and take care.

you're my hero. keep it up

The money not spent on tobacco will be enjoyed in boat gas, fishing lures, and food. Food will taste much better. Lungs operate better. It has been six years since my last puff. Hang in there.

I don't know about hero, but thanks anyway.

I can already smell and taste more. We went out to Beefs on Sunday and people were smoking outside and I could smell it every time the door opened.

Hang tough. I just bought myself a new reel as reward for 3 months without smoking. It gets easier everyday.

Chris

I quit for a whole year using a e cig but not a day went bye that i didnt crave the real thing.I relapsed and smoking again. It sounds terrible but I enjoy smoking or maybe I just havnt made up my mind to quit. I wish you the best of luck

Hang in there guys. I still get the urge to choke someone from time to time and I haven't smoked for years. I'm not sure it is nicotine related though...
