North Fork Composites

Featured Replies

Has anyone here used one of Gary Loomis's new bass rods? He has a new company called North Fork Composites up in Woodland Washington.

Does anyone have anything to say about his new line of rods and blanks?

Thank you

Greg

I thought Loomis was designing for TFO now?

North Fork Composites is Gary Loomis' new company. Their blanks are high quality as one would expect. They have annonced a new line of production rods branded as Edge. If I remember correctly they are starting with some steelhead models with more to follow. There is a Gary Loomis signature series sold by TFO but I think that's as far as they go together.

North Fork Composites is a Loomis company. It is salmon steelhead driven and the focus

is drift rods and fly rods. Temple Fork Outfitters ( TFO ) is a bass line that states the rods are Gary Loomis designed. May I suggest you reserach TFO further less you think it's a Loomis

rod. It is not. Check Tackletour.com and look under archives and check the rod section for a review and history. No one can deny Gary Loomis is a talented rod designer. I live 20 minutes from Woodland.
