Out of the choices I said fluke. The bait can be worked top to bottom.

You did however say "shad jumping around" in which case my first choice would be a topwater walker or popper.

Voted fluke, though like BF, I would be throwing something topwater first most likely a super spook or original rapala or something along those lines.

If I see shad swimming and bass hitting them, I will throw a crankbait 0-3' or a 4-7' and more times than not I will slay them until the feeding frenzy has ceased.

My actual answer would be a topwater. Probably a Sammy.

I would have voted top water, a rapala x-walk 13 in silver/black to be exact. if I had to pick one in the poll i would go fluke. you can jump them across the water just like the shad.
