You know whats funny for a lot of products, it's almost always cheaper to buy a lure from a 3rd party store, like TW for instince, but as I remember (I did ALOT of price comparing when I bought my slammer a couple years ago) is that is was cheaper to by directly from Mike.  He also sent me 2 spare tails, a MS Slammer Pen and a couple stickers with my order as well.

Yea, I got the x2 but the color was advertised in the x3.

I just hope I can throw it.  My 3:16 has been giving my elbow major pain.  I hurt my elbow about 5 months ago and it hasn't healed yet.

The first one is always tough to grasp. But after the first it doesn't faze me. I have lost a few hudds and Baitsmith Magnums.... you get over it lol.

I did happen to loose an extremely customized bait this year. I think there were only 10 or less like this one. The line snapped when I cast it. I have never been that ticked off fishing... it really hurt :'( . But that was just a bad day, me and a buddy lost well over $200 in baits that day. Including that custom one.

You don't lose lures that are that expensive.  You go swimming after them when the line breaks or I use mainly braided line on the expensive stuff.
