buddy of mine text me new state record Largemouth was caught yesterday, at lake dunn.....16.5 pounds.

    Thanks for sharing. I wish we had bass up here that size. Our State record is 13lbs 2ozs caught back in 1976.

    00mod, it is a shame that to get the record the fish must die.

    ESPECIALLY in state parks, I think they could have someone on staff at state parks at least "in season" to do this kinda thing so the fish could live.
