What Are The Odds?

Featured Replies

So the other morning me and my buddy are on our way to one of our spots along the creek. I mentioned i wanted to start trying Live Target cranks cause they actually look like fish. We get to the spot and the water is low. Like 10 feet low, my fault for not checking the tide. So we move down a bit and start fishing. A few minutes goes by and a happen to look in the mud next to me and whats laying there? A brand spankin new Live Target gizzard shad crankbait! Someone must have lost it the day before cause this thing is brand new. No rust, finish is intact. Couldnt believe it.

I find "lost" tackle all the time. It literally pays to keep your eyes peeled.

Hells yea. Not to mention those Live Target cranks are like 13 bucks a piece.

I love when the water get low in the fall and winter time. I have an area of stumps that gets pounded during the summer when the water is high. Usually can get a couple of good cranks off those stumps. Some may need hooks but still bets payin 5-10 a pop.
