the weather was awesome up here in Massachusetts.. In the high 70s got my self a nice tan or should i say just really red. Alot of people out today which was nice to see.. It was my first time out this season myself but everyone i talked to was going for rainbow trout which apparently they stocked a few 100 the other day. It was a pretty slow day but fun one.. My first cast i had a nice large mouth but it caught me off guard.. Was just about to pull my line up and outta no where she just slammed it but didn't set the hook. Right then i new the day wasn't gonna be a total loss. About an hour and a few beers later i caught my biggest pickerel. Felt really good about since it was the first catch of the year and a record for myself.. c&r
