Nothing short of a heroic effort Saturday could have knocked Ish Monroe of Hughson, Calif., off his lead of 13 pounds, 11 ounces in the Bassmaster Elite Series bass fishing tournament on Lake Okeechobee.

    Lane is on fire. Ish is a local guy and I'm pulling hard for him, but Lane looks unstoppable at this point. Cool to see 2 of the top 3 at the Big O being from NorCal.
