I recently bought an A rig at a local fish store and i was wondering when to use it? or if it even works? i just put on 5 pre made white swim baits i bought from walmart, its heavy to cast but it looks like it would be appealing. has anyone caught fish with it yet?

I fish a version of it that I make myself. We are only allowed 3 baits so I have 2 willow leave blades on mine. I have been throwing it since Feb. It just started producing big time last week. I have caught black bass, white bass, walleye and crappie on it. I just came in from working on a few more. I'm going to carry 6 or so rigged differently.
