i have 6'0" medium heavy and a 6'6" medium heavy falcon rods both on baitcasters...

what lures would you use with these?

    What kinds of tips? Short rods with fast tips are great for "sniper rods" for accurate casts of spinnerbaits and topwaters! More info needed!

    If they are fast action they'll make good multi-purpose rods. They should be suitable for most any lure in their weight range. Depending on what else you have in your arsenal I'd use the shorter rod for close accurate casting and tip down presentations like top water but the 6'6" certainly isn't too long for those either.
