so dicks had a clearance sale and i had a few coupons so i ended up getting some havoc on sale and picked up one of those kits with a lil bit of eatch, for like 5 bux..

any way pit boss and devil spear all the way, the grass pig may be a nice one with more fishing. i fish shakey alot so the new larry nixon may be good to. but i have no clue on the craw fatty, the other craw, also have a weird type creature by skeet reese, not sure the name. Anyway what your fav and what how do ya rig and fish..

They all work pretty good. Check youtube for videos on how to rig them by the pros who designed them.

Favorite: Pit Boss, i love it in big Texan for flipping into light- moderate cover. Least favorite: all others. I have not tried any other havoc plastic because none of them look appealing to me and i have heard more negative than positive about the smash tube and hawk hawg. The juice worm to me is just a power worm. I am becoming a strike king homer so maybe that persuades my opinions a little B)

Funny thing is that I dont do much flipping up here so the pit boss doesn't get much use but the smash tube works great for smallies.

I liked the grass pig on a weighted hook; but that's the only one I tried, and even that not a lot.

i love the smash tube and devil spear. I love the long slender profile of the tube. And the devil spear is my plastic of choice behind a punch skirt.

Pit Boss by a mile. I have caught fish with it on a C-Rig, Flipping and Swimming it T-Rigged (1/4-3/8oz weights) as a jig trailer and even drop shotting it. Okachobee, Bk/Bl, Green Pumpkin are my 3 favorites. Slip a glass rattle into it and flip it with a punch skirt into the wood and hold on!

Craw Fatty... Hate it.

Personal Bests:
Largemouth, 7lbs 0oz.
Smallmouth, 5lbs 4oz.

I love the Craw Fatty! Awesome action with a great profile. I’ve killed them on this thing. I have not given the others a fair shot yet.

I enjoy the devil spear as pitching bait. I have not really fished to much of the others but the grass pig might get a workout tomorrow.

Another vote for the Pit Boss, Big Texan color too. Haven't caught a single fish on the Devil spears I bought, just can't make them work. Love the grass pigs, bottom hoppers, craw fattie, and I'm excited to see the new craw they're supposed to be coming out with, sounds like it's going to be like a chigger craw, only in the Havoc line up.
Is it spring yet??

I realy enjoy the craw fatty on a jig when im looking for a bigger profile. As well, it makes a jig skip very well due to how wide and flat it is. Only negative is that usually only 1 of the craws will flap at a time... The pit boss has awsome action and is also a good addition to a punch skirt. I'm also liking the looks of the smash tube, just havn't had the time to fish it.

Pit Boss is probably turning into my #1 Pitch bait. It's just right in terms of action and profile.
Brown fish are better than green fish.
