Rapala all the way.......6lb test....water level was 3' higher then normal. Caught this one in 4' of water....Me and the PickerelPiney went the next day and i battled a tiger muskee....unfortuneatly he caught some air and spit the rapala out.

A 4-5 lb largemouth on 6 lb test is alot of fun.  What kind of line and rod/reel set up?

Syfer- again, we are about 3 hrs NORTH of you and we still have a decent bite.  No need to stop till the ice forces you to.  It's a comfort thing from now until the ice is in.

Plus, look back in this section and you'll notice that swampanimal here just caught one yesterday too!!

WooHoo!!

You can't keep us Northern boys down, it ain't ove till it's frozen over!!

I just did my video saying "Farewell" to '06 but the current weather pattern may have us out there again wed. if we can finagle the time from work.

Go get 'em guys!!  Keep on catchin'!!

Nice looking fish...as long as they are biting, its always a good time to fish.
The scale never lies, but yours might be broken.
