I love my Cumara Shakeyhead setup and was looking at a Cumara...
Cus72m or cusdx72m. $ 160 or less. If you could help me choose between the two, I'm more concerned with optimal length speed and power than specific rods. If I'm way off, im open to other suggestions. Thx

There are only a few dropshot rods that you can double up with like that. It's sure not every one. The CUCX68M is one, as is the 7-2 dropshot. The 7-2 will fish a 1/8 ounce grub better than any other rod I own, with the exception of the 803S NRX, but the difference is so minute that I would buy the Cumara over it. The 6-8 Cumara dropshot rod is one of my most favorite all around "finesse" rods in my arsenal. I would add, too, that the Cumulus is a SUPER rod for it, but I'm not particularly fond of it as a dropshot rod.
If you had a choice between the DX72MF drop shot extra fast and the 72MF for both drop shotting and grubs/ hair jigs (and other very light jigs) what would it be? I have narrowed it down to those two rods . I want to improve my grubbin / hair jiggin desperately this spring
