Hey guys haven't really caught alot of fish on a crank bait so I wanted your suggestions. The water depths I will be fishing are 2-12 feet the water temps are 66.8 and the water color is not clear but I would call it stained but not muddy

Having trouble spotting beds.....What color water are you fishing? What does the bottom look like? What color lenses are you using for your polarized sunglasses?
MAKE 'EM CROSS EYED!!!  If you dont set the hook you can't catch the fish.

In lightly stained water, I still like the wide array of sexy shad colors: Sexy shad, Chart Sexy shad, and Gold sexy shad, Sexy sunfish is another favorite. For stained water closer to muddy water, I break out the Chart black back, red craw and orange craw.

"Green stained" ....sounds a lot like what our water looks like from mid summer on due to alge blooms. I have had a lot of success in those situations with chartuse/blue back, chartruse sexy shad, and chartruse belly craw.
I am not afraid to suck.

It is going to hard to spot beds if you cant see the bottom.

Locating the beds there on the north side were the spring sunlite shines the longest time of the day. Look for sandy spots along the shoreline too.

I would try all colors of cranks. In slightly stained water its the smaller sized lures brighter colors fished between fast and slow like a medium speed. You may want to try the natural colors too fished slower. Its size, color and the speed that matters.

My favorite colors are;

1. redcraw
2. browncraw
3. green craw
4. fire craw

With the bass on the beds isn't a plastic lizzard there worst enemy??
The fish are out there just waiting for you to throw the right lure along with the correct presentation so why are you still here?
Motivation is the key to success.....
Remember on a bad day just throw the lure you never tried yet.....
