Hey gang...I have several rooster tail style spinner baits that just don't spin. Alot of them are brand new. They are straight and true. I've tried the tug when I first start retreiving, and don't crank it too fast. They'll spin once in a while, but alot of times they just won't. I've tried using a little silicone on them too, but it doesn't help. Any tips? Second...I would like to know if Anyone knows where I can get a guide (preferrably with pics) on how to tie a new skirt on a spinnerbait. Thanks
