GMAN, I really appreciate all your help. One more question and I will stop bothering you. Can I add scents to the melted plastic? For example, I would like to add Berkley power scent to the plastic. Can I do that? If so, would I do that while the plastic is heating up? or put some in the mold before pouring the plastic?
Thanks forthe help.
Yeah, I have my eyes on a Revo Premier as well. About the same weigh, $10 more and a crap load more drag. I think I will be adding this one to my arsenal. I had an STX and returned it for another 5omg.
Cant wait to hear the reviews.
Hey, I just read the tutorial on making your own molds. It was amazing, and made me think that I could make my own plastics and save a crap load of money. I have a few questions first.
1. How and what do you use to melt the plastics?
2. Could I just melt some old used plastics to make new ones?
Any other info. on the melting part would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
From what I hear, CB's is the way to go. I have asked in the past about store brands, and was told to go with CB's. I have since stopped using scents as much as I used to, but I still feel that CB's will suit your needs.
Hey cart7, if you see this, could you send me a pm?
Thanks.
