  1. Will someone share their recipe for a good bass attractant. I have a large collection of soft plastics that have aged and I would like to put them in bags with an attractant. I know personal recipes may be a closely guarded secret but maybe someone will open their cookbook. Thanks for your help.
  2. One more thing. If I run at a very slow speed or idle, the engine will eventually die. Thanks again for the help. I appreciate your knowledge.
  3. I have a 1977 Johnson 75 Stinger. It cranks and runs great. If I stop for 30 minutes to an hour to fish or troll, when I get ready to crank up again the engine has lost its prime. I have to pump the bulb about 3 times and it cranks right up. Why am I losing the prime? The boat has a 20 gal. built in tank. I put a new fuel line and filter on but did not help. I have now installed a anti-syphon valve at the tank. I've not had a chance to see if that helps. Has anyone had a problem like this?
  4. About 3 or 4 times a year I go inshore fishing down on the coast. I worry about the hardship this places on my reels and other equipment. I wash everything down and spray with reel magic. I'm a little nervous about interior reel cleaning. Should I take the reels in to a repair shop for good cleaning? and if so what should I expect to pay for the service? Thanks.
  5. I have a aluminum boat in great shape but could use a new paint job. Has anyone ever powder coated a boat? Would it hold up to fresh and salt water?

  7. I have a 18ft aluminum boat, center console and I'm getting ready to purchase a trolling motor. My question is: will a 12v 55 lbs trust be enough to push it?
