I just got my new DAIWA STEEZ STZ671MHFBA rod .......delivered by UPS today........What a Rod! I havent gotten the reel that I ordered yet.......the DAIWA. STEEZ 100H -DEEP SPOOL.....but it should be here soon........Thanks again guys for helping me find these great items........I also have a bunch of Megabass lures on the way

Jimzee79.........what are your favorites........and do they make any non-surface lures ? I am in the process of getting a MEGABASS "MD-X CYCLONE"................MEGABASS JAPAN / VISION ONETEN 110 / GP PRO BLUE [NEW].......MEGABASS "MR-X GRIFFON" M KBG...........can you think of any other ones?

When I was last into Bass fishing, over 20 years ago, Ambassadeur was considered the best.....and the favorite.............I guess what I am asking is.......Do you get more quality for the extra money? or is it worth the extra money to pay more.....and what reels are the ones you would get if money was no object ?

Thanks ROADWARRIOR........For the forum post you gave me....I read it all.......But it seemed like everyone was arguing about price......lol.........instead of what was the best equipment..................I just wanted to know what were the BEST .....RODS AND REELS.............I think then.....each person could make the determination of what they could afford to spend.........

Thanks for the help that you already have given..........I used to have Ambassadeur reels with then New Graphite rods....but that was in the 70's.....do the still make the bass master reel ? At Guntersville lake w have a lot of water weeds and heavy cover in the water........

I havent fished in years.............had to raise children......My son-in-law is an avid Bass fisherman....and has a new Skeeter Bass boat......and I am going to be fishing with him............My old Bass rods are gone......lol.............what are your recomendations on what type of Bass rods and reels are the best.........?
