Thanks guys! I really appreciate all the comments. @bradbass- The paint I am using is createx and Wildlife colors. I buy wildlife colors from taxidermy.net, and I can get createx from craft stores like Michaels.

I really like it with the scale mesh. Gives it a different look for sure. I also would like to see a version without the mesh to compare.
