MinnKota ???
OK, I have a 101 MinnKota bow mount, twice now I hit something and instead of bending the shaft the spring absorbed all it could till the upper sleeve poped out ( sleeve is upper part inside spring housing with the nut on it to adjust height). MinnKota clams easy pop in, The last time I had to remove everything on top of the motor to slide the sleeve off. Does anyone know the easy pop in? Thanks Joe

Anyone fishing with the "hi-vis" yellow braid?
I fish 20lb Stren golden braid with about a 2 foot leader of 17lb fluoro on spinning gear, it really does handle great and I can see the braid real good. Had real good results with this set up. Joe

Ifinder H2O Help Please
I have the manual and I'm doing what it says to do, I don't think its reading the HotMaps card. The hatMaps card is supposed to have the Delaware River, Union lake, its not showing any depths on either one. I E-Mailed Lowrance Friday, hope to hear from them tomorrow. I do show a bunch of numbers in the map section and I click on a few of them but nothing seems to change on the screen. Thanks guys I got to do some more playing with this thing. Thanks Again Joe

Ifinder H2O Help Please
I'm getting what looks like MMC/SD memory card blinking in the lower right hand corner, I have the SD card that came with the unit and I have a Navionics Hot Map card. I tried to use the Hot Map card from the map page on the GPS like it tells you but Navionics is not one of the choices. I just acquired this from a friend who said he never really knew how to use it, think you guys can help me out? Thanks Joe

rod, line, gear ratio?
I'm looking for a website or a forum post that gives you sort of a standard rod, line, gear ratio, that you can use as a starting point for certain fishing applications, say for T/R worm, crankbait, spinnerbait, buzzbait, topwater, jerkbait, jigs, dropshot, basically all types of bass fishing. I'm not looking for a specific brand, I'm looking for rod actions, line weight and type, and gear ratios preferred. Thanks Joe
