I am happy to report that G Loomis sent me a new MBR 844 after I broke mine on a hook set. I shipped it out 3 weeks ago. My new one arrived yesterday. No questions asked. Only out of pocket was shippng to them. I added 2 NRX rods to my boat this week and they are insane. Loomis is still #1 in my book!!!

Well I just sent a rod in to the warranty department. Lets see how it turns out. Imx 844 that honestly broke on a hookset. I have only broken one other rod in 10 years. The first one was my fault. This one however was not. So I am curious to see what Loomis comes back with. I have never used the warranty department or the xpeditor service. I do not think the increase in price for the service is unfair. Accidents happen and it is a great service to have for such an expensive rod.

Sorry to hear about your job and I wish you luck in finding something else. You make a great argument about extra staff in the wrong places. You hear about this kind of thing happening everywhere. I hope the economy turns for the better, but I don't see it happening any time soon.

We have had 25 inches of snow in the last 16 days. This sucks. Broke a record for most snow in a February for our area.

OK. i do not want to start a Ford, Chevy, Toyota bashing. I would like honest opinions from anyone that owns any of these vehicles and uses them for family/ towing a bass boat. I currently own a 2004 F150 Super Crew. Great truck, but looking into buying a new SUV. The reasons behind this are 5 yr old twins and a new puppy. With thoughts of going on family trips/fishing trips. The big three I am considering are Sequoia, Suburban, or Expedition EL. I have taken all 3 for test drives, but I Would like input from people that have owned these and have put some mileage on them. Thanks Kenny

X2. It is one of those free ones everyone says doesnt work. It works great and I know a lot of computer techs that swear by it.
