I am soon going to Southhaven,MS to visit friends in mid June and while I am there I want to do some fishing. But I know little of the area where to go, what to expect or what to use any help would be appreciated. Thanks

At idle it jumps around between 5-10 and wide upon the pressure is around 20. The way it jumps around makes me question the auge a little.

Appreciate the advice I will try these things out this weekend!

I have a Mercury 175 that has plenty of water pressure and cools the motor fine it just doesn't have the stream of water you would expect at idle. I can not find anything blocking the system or anything like that. Some have told me that its something I am going to have to live with. I was curious if anyone knew of a high flow impeller or water pump that I copuld put on it. Does one even exsist? Is it worth the trouble?

I just bought a Nitro 884 with a Mercury 175 it is the max power for boat. When I come off plane a wave comes over the transom bad. Any suggestions about helping eliminate some of it.

I have a depth finder mounted to my TM but I'm not sure I have it mounted in the correct position. I have seen several boats with it pointed to the front and some with it to the back. I didn't know if there was areason for either way or was one better than the other? Thanks

I'm pretty new to fishing larger lakes nad I'm really stuggling to get on fish right now. Tha water is about 58 degrees. Where do I need to fish? What lures are really work? How deep? I've caught small fish about every situation but not anything good. Any help would be appreciated thanks!
