Well first thing you do is grow a pair. Im not trying to be mean just honest. your buddy is the Quarterback. Chances are hes a ***** anyways and hes gonna have about 100 more girls in his life. Live while you can my man. Ask her out. You may never get another shot. This message was brought to you by the letter A. Awesome.
  2. Awesome not 1 frickin response. Thats why Kentucky should be in the Southeast Category
  3. Go back to Little League and know what i know now and dominate unmercifully. Remember some power ball numbers from when it was over 300 million and fish everyday.Tell Doc that he was going to get shot by the terrorist that he got the Plutonium from.
  4. Anybody been on Yatesville this past week? Headed over there this weekend and was wondering if anybody was doing any good?
  5. lol "It wasnt my PB so i was ok with just my measurements and pics." Man just kick us while were down why dont ya. Awesome fish man. I dont know if i wanna hug ya or punch ya in the face. Very nice fish
  6. 17.4 lbs maybe 18. Depends on how much tungsten you got on you. Some other guesses are stupid low so im gonna even it out a bit
  7. Looks awesome. Kind of resembles a covercrawl. Hope its made tougher than a covercrawl. Those things are 1 fish baits if you dont have any superglue. Looks good though. Id eat it.
  8. i stayed down on the Greenbrier this past Friday and Saturday Night. Friday evening the river was up but not a whole lot. It was defintaley fishable. But saturday night after the rain that evening it was back up a bit and dark. I stayed right there before you go across the bridge towards Talcot or the golf course. Theres a bar right there called the Green Valley Bar. I stayed about 100 yards from it on the lower end.Fished a tournament at Bluestone. I think there 5.2 gates open that Friday morning. New was in pretty good shape.

I never cared for the Spot remover as because it had the flat bottom it would fall over on anything but a sandy bottom. And because of that you couldn't drag it (otherwise the worm would fall over), forcing you to hop it (only). Am I the only one with this experience? Less with floating worms but it still would happen. Im not so much dragging it. Ill shake it for a while then hop it or rip it and let it settle.Probably just 2 different techniques. I could see where dragging would cause it to tip over. I havent had any trouble though with worms standing up though.

Like others have said, the main difference between the 2 are that the shakey head offers the worm at a more vertical position and the Texas rig offers it at a horizontal. Texas rigs is more of a swimming or dragging or pick up and settle retrieve.Shakey head is a sit and shake. I used to do it years ago when i was little and i didn't even know. I used to take dads Creme Scoundrels and feed a Jig Head through the worm like you would a grub. Worked real good on rocky bottoms. Got hung up a lot with the exposed hook, but caught fish too. Today's shakey heads are virtually weedless and snag less(but i always find a way ). I like spot removers the best. Shakey2 are OK in my book, just a lot of lead in the head for me. I like a smaller profile head. I like the spikes better than the Pig tails and corkscrews too. On thicker worms they release the worm on bite and you don't have all that plastic between the hook and the fish. I like the flat head on the spot remover really well. That thing stands up anywhere. the shakey2 stands up very well also, but like i said i like a smaller profile head. As far as the worms too use, i like about all of them. Zoom trick worm probably my favorite. Roboworms are great as well. Has definitely been my Number 1 bait this year.

  18. Jimzee and myself fished another Tournament this past weekend on Bluestone Lake. We finished 1st. Thats 2 in a row and 3 of the last 4. We won with 16.6. Though it was probably the most stressed out tournament i have fished in. The tournament started at 7:00. We were culling fish at 7:45. It was on. Literally every cast we were getting bit. Sometime between 10 and 11 there aerator on the live well goes out. Jimzee ask me if i have heard the aerator kick on in a while. I say no and check the fish. 3 of the 5 are on there sides and belly up. After a few curse words and some head shaking we go get some ice and keep hammering them with Sure life and head for some shade. We find a waterfall that is coming into the lake out of a hollow. We take our weigh bag and start dumping the colder fresh water into the live well every 10 minutes or so.This goes on until its time to weigh in at 4. We didnt get to fish the last 3 hours or so.Our kicker fish was a 5.7# largemouth and it was in the worst shape of all the fish. We released them all alive after the weigh in but the big girl was really struggling and i really hope she made it. If it wasnt for the Sure Life and the waterfall i honestly believe we would have been screwed. But anyways, another win for the good guys. I really didnt get to cover everything that happened that day or the weekend for that matter.

16 stone was an awesome record. They really fell off with razorblade suitcase, still had a few good songs on it but overall fell way short of the previously mentioned.

  22. Great... that settles it then... Senko_77 - We, the male members at BR, are officially taking away your mancard due to a violation of the "Official Male Code of Conduct". Please vacate the premises and do not return . Thank you. ;D knew this was gonna come up ;D I believe that the termination of my mancard should at least be reconsidered due to my incredible fish catching talent and my ability to eat 40-50 hot wings before the 1st period/quarter of a sporting event ends. I also believe that Tin's mancard should be suspended due to the fact that his GF buys and picks out all of his outfits i dont think you weigh as much as 40-50 hot wings, so until i witness that first hand im calling B.S.
