  1. i agree with crestliner, it has saved me money and probably fish
  2. A few years ago a buddy and I fished the local watering hole in a place called the hot ditch. It was mid-January cold and rainy. I went to tie on Smithwick firetiger jerkbait and did not tie knot correctly but I did not think anything was going to hit it. Very first cast , I felt the strike, set the hook, and could feel the not come loose. My buddy and I watched this hog, 7-9 lbs, come out of the water, shaking its head trying to rid itself of the bait. We heard that fish for the next 10 to 15 minutes, from that point on I make sure the not is properly tied.

  5. Angler on tour is my fav after that i will watch everything although that Charlie Moore guy can get annoying i will still watch him because he loves fishing.
  6. Love to tourney fish but dew to a recent medical issue I had to put it on hold. Hopefully in the very near future I can resume.
  7. To me it depends on the water that i'm on. if its new to me or old, tidal rivers or lakes but i'm always shooting for atleast 5

  10. I don't have to say anything anymore, it's a given. She will ask, if she needs me for something. She wants to know where and a time, in case something happens. Sometimes she will ask what time I'm leaving, if its not to early she will jump on the boat too.
  11. Usually a quick " Oh S..." but here lately its been Shaw Grigsby's saying from the comercial, "Catching big ole pigs"
  12. Waiting for saturday, no matter the weather, I fished the past two saturdays in rain and 30-40 degree weather. Can't help it
  13. I had one hit the end of a Zoom French Fry and it lodged in its mouth. he could not shake it free.

  19. Someone that does not get upset that you catch and release all bass.
  20. Googled bassfishing and just started yesterday but have read lots of post for awhile now . Also wanted to meet people that loved to bassfish/fish as much as I do. Now that I have a desk job I can browse the net.
