CFFF what tournament were you fishing?

I just changed the impeller on my 25 mariner. Definately a 2 person job to get the linkage lined up and the pin back in place. Also had to pull the starter to get to the pin, not a big deal. She's a peeing now.

look for some runoffs i have caught some of my biggest fish after afternoon thunderstorms

I don't think that this weekends weather will have a huge impact like one of the major fronts pushing through. I am looking forward to fishing some moving water this weekend with some of the runoff. Good luck and let us know how you make out. PS where are you fishing?

Thanks WRB. Yes I think that your equation is a little more accurate although there is no certainty w/o a scale. None the less still a great memory. I have a pic of the release which is one of my favorites.

I am finally getting my replica for my PB I caught 2 years ago. This fish was 27" L and 20.5" G unfortunatly my digital scale took a dump on me so I was unable to get a weight. I found a company FishScaleTaxidermy that makes an Elite series replica. Awesome mouth/gill detail and translucent fins. Just wondering if anyone here has dealt with them or has any other suggestions. thanks

I used about a 2" piece of 3/8" copper tube (from my AC guy) crimped for the splices on my TM. Much easier than the butt end connecters.

How do you guys find bedding fish in stained water? I fish a lake with alot of cypress which makes for pretty tanic water. Just wondering how you guys search for beds with low visability.
