A friend of mine gave me a Quantum Energy baitcasting reel a few days ago. He doesn't have the box. The only info I have is he says he bought the reel 3-4 years ago new! Its an energy 760PT This reel is very multi-colored, almost pink or purple looking. Any additional info would be appreciated! I've went to the Quantum home page to find more info but came up empty! If this is a good or a bad reel please give me your thoughts. Thanks!

I fished these 2 years ago in a private 5 acre lake with decent sucess! I had good sucess catching bass and catfish on these! The bass couldn't resist the side to side darting motion and the catfish couldn't resist the aweful smell! Most bites came when the line goes slack, right after twitching your rod tip! So its important to watch your line closely!

Just like most things we buy today, there is some type of gimmick that companies or individuals use sells their products! Ikes gimmick is his outlandish and childlike behavior on the waters! That's what puts his name out there! Some people like it some don't!

KVD is hard to bet against! But, Kriet had a stellar performance today as to where KVD struggled a little! Maybe Kriet caught on to something today... Maybe! Lol
