Updated pictures....I stripped off the paint and added a pinstripe. Also put a bigger motor on it (1953 evinrude15hp) I plan to repaint the motor and put new decals on it this winter.

Here's mine, I have since removed all the paint and left it an aluminum finish.It looks great. Try to use aluminum angle for the framing for the deck , it will save alot of weight http://www.bassresource.com/bass_fishing_forums/YaBB.pl?num=1208478217/0

Maybe you should stay out of that river....Just kidding, I was thinking that maybe your propeller may be out of balance. You could try taking a file to the edges to even the blades out ,just a thought

Go to walmart and find crappie magnets. We use them all the time ,They work really well.

Are you gonna carpet the deck? BTW I might hit big turkey saturday...Did you try my spot?

I hope I have given someone the inspiration to start a project like this. I got alot of satifaction of doing this mod and look foward to doing another (guess I've found a new hobbie). This is the first project like this that I have done and it turned out better than I had imagened ...Next year I plan to do the exterior so keep the ideas coming fellow members.
