  1. In extreme south Palm Beach County around Delray, a lot of the canals coming off Lake Ida have good shore access. I went to the canals that run from Ida in Boca Raton on my lunch hour last week and caught 3 peacocks and 4 largemouth. Largemouths on Horny Toads and peacocks on an X-rap. Good Luck.
  2. Anyone in South Florida fished out by MM 41 on Alligator Alley lately? Any tips or info would be greatly appreciated.
  3. Anyone on here know of any good lakes to bank fish in Putnam County, TN near Cookeville? My dad just moved there about 2 months ago and I am going there towards the end of the summer. He wanted to know if there were any productive spots for largemouth or smallmouth in his area. Any info would be greatly appreciated.
  4. There is an industrial park off 136th ave. that has a couple lakes in it. It is between Sunrise Blvd. and 595 on the west side and the lakes in the Residences of Sawgrass Mills hold some big largemouth and peacocks. I used to live in there and caught tons of fish. You can also go to Markham Park off of 84 west of the Sawgrass Expressway. I used flukes and zoom Horny Toads and did real well at all of these spots. It has been about 2 years since fishing them though. Hope this helps. Tight Lines, Cane4Life
  5. Howie, excuse me, the ACC was just as weak of a conference until the U, Virginia Tech, and Boston College came into it, so when you know what the hell you are talking about come back and we can start over. I bet we beat that *** again this year. And we got the Gators this year, 2nd week, I admit that will be a tough one, but I guarantee we will be contending before FSU does. Bass addict, thanks for the props.
  6. Howie, I knew you were a semihole. Talk about a thing of the past, you guys have only beat us twice in the last 8 years in 2005 and 2006. We also have you guys 30-22 in our all time rivalry and we hold the record for the longest home win streak at 58. Don't come talkin' smack buddy unless you got the record to back it up. Oh yeah, and your Bowl Game had a fitting name The Gaylord Hotels Music City Bowl, where you guys lost to a basketball school in Kentucky. Ha Ha, that's great, keep holdin' on the the nineties tough guy!!!
  7. Yeah, Howie419, you have to be a Florida State Semihole or a University of Florida Hater. Count your championships compared to the U, nobody owes us anything, we take what is ours. Count 'em buddy 5 time national champs, and were robbed of one.
  8. Sorry I had an attitude, just seems like every time I post on here looking for some info, I have a ton of views but no replies. I have seen some previous posts for Holiday Park with reports in the past, so I just felt snubbed. I'm always willing to offfer info if I have some, and if I don't I usually post that I know nothing but ask for a report after the trip. Again, my apologies for coming off that way.
  9. Wow!! You guys are a lot of help, 53 views and no replies, thanks a lot!!! I thought this was a resource guide, guess everyone is too stingy with their spots. Oh well, we caught tons of fish anyways, so whatever.
  10. wow!!! I guess there is no way around it.
  11. the beginning of that site is bassholes then talkspot then com. Have to get creative as this site will not let me post the website for some reason.
  12. We are a laid back fun team club looking for new members. We fish the first Saturday of the month and do two 2 day away tourneys a year. At the end of the year we give trophies for 1st,2nd, and 3rd place as well as big fish of the year, and we have an end of the year picnic. We are currently only looking for teams or solo boaters, as we do not currently have any solo boaters looking for partners.

there is a website called bountyfishing that does online tourneys all the time. they have different species every week so the entire country can compete.
  14. Has anyone fished at Holiday Park lately? Wanted to take the kids out this weekend and was wondering if anyone knows any productive spots lately. I heard it has been tough out there because the water is really high. Any help to put a bend in their rods would be greatly appreciated.

  16. Fishing a 2 day club tourney at Walk in Water in two weeks. I live in South Florida and due to work and family obligations I am unable to go up and prefish. Just looking for any info or tips on this lake as I have only fished it once. Thank you in advance for any help or info.
