  1. Must have been a OSU fan... ;D
  2. My friend has a Jack Russel. It's a smart, athletic and very loving dog. But, that thing is very hyper.
  3. Don't blow it. :
  4. MARCO! MARCO! MARCO!
  5. to the forums!
  6. Thanks for the clarification Micro. I need to learn a little more before opening my mouth again... I also have a question. I live in a relatively low area. I've noticed quite a few more cottonmouths around here than up in the northwestern part of the state in the Ozark Mountains. Is my observation that we have don't have as many cottonmouths in the hill country as we do in the delta region correct?
  7. Contrary to popular belief, baitcasters are for the majority of the fishermen out there who do not possess the skill needed to effectively use a spinning reel. Would LBH agree? 8-)
  8. Yo-Zuri Extra Soft. 'Nuff said.
  9. Soft plastics - Zoom Horny Toad. I want to try the Rage Tails in the future. Hollow bodies - I like the "Snag Proof Bobby's Perfect".
  10. Have you tried any of Mattlures yet?
  11. Arkansas isn't included on your map and I am certain that we have them here.
  12. I'm getting a kick out of the AK experiment as well. I nearly laughed my @$$ off when that one guy was nearly knocked to the ground after he fired that .300 mag the first time. I'm not saying that surviving out there would be easy, but I am totally confident that me and my 7 year old niece could fair better than most of those people.
  13. I don't think smoking pot is a "kids will be kids" situation. It's more of a "kids being stupid" situation.
  14. I've always liked Jr. Me and my brother got to meet him in St Louis a few years ago. He's really nice in person.
  15. That actually looks like a pic from your tackle storage mecca bedroom.
  16. WELCOME TO THE FORUMS!!
  17. The extra weight may be tiny, but it can disrupt the action on some of your lures. If you do clear coat them, use a very light coat.
  18. That is a very generous offer. You are a pretty classy guy Bobby.
  19. Once again, it boils down to this. People fish for different reasons. If he was abiding the fishing regulations and not keeping too many fish or shorts, then he can do whatever he wants. He has the right to keep those fish no matter how unethical it may seem to you. However, it he was breaking the regulations (which I can't stand, especially hunting regulations) call the DNR. It's your responsibility to report guys like this.
  20. This is a local shop owned by a nice elderly man. His grandson used to run the place but he's moving. Hence, he needed somebody to work the bait shop. I guess I got lucky and was there at the right time. The owner has a convince store adjacent to the tackle shop, so I'm by myself and basically running the place. Bass fishing isn't the biggest thing around here, it's mostly catfish and crappie fishing, so I'm mostly working with that kind of stuff. Everything is silky smooth so far.
  21. Nice work. If only my failure bins looked like your's...
  22. It's not about having the fastest boat, the most tackle, or the best set-up. It's all about having fun.
  23. Exactly. This is a growing problem around here.

You continue to amaze me. P.S. - I've always liked the fat ones.
