  1. Hay, you paid to get into the tournament too! What you should tell him is he gets to fish his water for half of the time and you get to fish your water the other half! And flip a coin to see who gets there water first. Thats as fare as you can get. :-/
  2. I agree, I have boated many smallmouth on 6" black lizards and watermelon chart. ;D And I also agree on the C rig and a Mojo rig, I also use a lizard on a jig and that works great , try fishing a black or junebug lizard at night!!!!! :

    You may be feeling the tap of a panfish,but still set the hook or just pull back real lite and if you feel a pull,stick her.
  4. :-/And you need the wright rod for slop fishing! You will need a 6' 6" or a 7' rod in a MH to a heavy action and use line like Power Pro. You will have to horse them big bass out of the slop so you will need more rod and line.
  5. :)Try using some topwater,pop-R's,spooks,moss boss(frog bait in the pads}, I think you get the idea. But fish them slow or walk the dog. Dan 8)

  7. You should use a 6ft. rod for skippin,a short rod works better. the baits I like to skip. tubes stone jigs, or the booya skippin jig senko's flukes scum frogs
