    Circle hooks are another good way to solve the problem. I'll switch to them whenever I feel that I might be slow detecting a bite.

    Milk crates and plano boxes are a deadly combo. I keep the bulk of my plano boxes in milk crates. Real easy to get to and put away. Keeps the boat from getting too messy. I also second the fishcat props
