  1. Yeh I know but I'm after the "one knock" style which I believe Coton Cordell do not make anymore.
  2. Here is another snap of the bait
  3. Hi, I'd like some information about a trap style bait I've used. I think it's a Cotton Cordell and it has a single clunk - clunk rattle. I've heard it called a "One Banger" or "One Knock Spot" but that could be wrong. Also I don't think it's in production any more. Are they hard to find? We've had some success with them on barramundi here in Australia but I can't find them for sale anywhere over here. A snap of it is posted below, it's the old one above the Rapala Xrap. Thanks Mike

Hey, I got to congratulate a fellow Aussie who fished your WON US Open. Carl Jocumsen finished 2nd in the AAA. And he contributed more fish to the bag than his pro's on each day as well. Not bad for his 1st trip to the US and his 1st tourny over there. If this kid gets noticed over there He could do anything! He's the number 1 ranked bass angler in Australia and the highest money earner on the Aussie circuit. He also manages one of the most popular tackle stores in the state and co-hosts a fishing show on tv out here. Easily the most popular bass angler in Australia. And all at the age of 24. If he gets a gig over there and stays a while it would certianly make it a little easier for the rest of us back home to win occasionally. Cheers Mike D
  5. Don't know how much it weighed, we usually just mesure them down here. That's my buddy Trevor holding a 4 foot long Barramundi from Monduran Dam in Queensland Aus. Check out the timber in the background, you need to use 50lb braid, 60lb leader and a locked up drag just to get them out of there. We refit the lures with the strongest trebles you can buy and we still sometimes streighten them. I didn't know there were any barra stocked in the USA, how do you find they taste? Cheers from Aus Mike
  6. Hey Steele, you forgot to tell our US friends about the other little species we stock in some of our dams Cheers Mike
  7. Hi, I'm new to this site but I want to share with you my tribute to the 10th year of "Australian Bass Tournaments" US style bass tour here in Australia. We've got some kick arse bass fishing down under so if you ever plan to visit, make sure you bring a rod & reel with you. Check out the link below. You'll see a lot of similarities to your own tournaments. PS I'm the guy in the sunglasses & cammo jacket. Cheers Mike
  8. Can you get a product there called "Hull Restorer"? That'll do the job.
  9. $5.20 a gallon here in Australia boys. And we sometimes travell over 1000 miles round trip for a tournament. Might be time to quit the tour and fish the local I think. Mike
