OK Bass Hunter

Just bought 24 Strike King squarebills from Dick's for $80, 1.5's and 2.5's.

Ok, the reel has been stuck at customs for a week. So no Conquest 400 for me yet.

And while this is going on. We are ignoring the real "reel" tragedy. My Conquest 400 has been stuck in customs for week

Both are quality products that you can't go wrong with.

That's quite a list with no rods or reels.

I need to buy a rod for jerkbaits. This'll be my first year throwing em. Just got em in the last couple of weeks. Been fishing nothing but a jig the past couple of trips and now it's time to branch out.

The Sick Fish work. The clearer colors have more movement than some of the darker more detailed colors. I think the paint makes for a stiffer bait.

The 300 Conquest is supposed to be out sometime this month. I will hold off a little bit and see if it comes out.

BBZ Shads, Megabass I-Slide 135's, 6 inch Line Thru Trouts

I already have this rod. http://www.megabassusa.com/products/megabass-orochi-f6-72x4-destruction I'm thinking of pairing it with a Shimano Conquest 200 to throw I- Slide 135's and 6inch Savage Gear Line Thru Trouts. I'm gonna use Ultra Soft 15lb test as my line. Any thoughts, feedback or critiques would be appreciated.

I don't think either one would have the line capacity for the baits you're going to try and throw.
