  2. I just go right thru the middle and it works its magic...you can texas rig it if youre getting hung up but no question wacky works best, especially if you know where the fish are
  3. caught two bass today thanks to live crawfish
  4. Haha thats definitely one option. But assuming I wanted a fish fry instead of a craw boil...
  5. Just caught a TON of crawfish in a creek behind my school, put them in my aquarium, but as yall can guess I'm not keeping em for show. Opinions on how to fish them?
  6. CSU, Charleston Southern University
  7. yeah man we are trying to get thru all the paperwork to get a team together. Basically it's up to the school now to recognize us a legit club on campus. What school are you from?
  8. Fishing there in may, anything that would help is greatly appreciated
  9. I've been fishing for the past three days and I have tried the shad rap a lot. A lot a lot. And I got nothing. I tried all the retrieves and everything...maybe I'll just put it away till summer
  10. Thanks for the info and the confidence booster. One last question, is it good year round?
  11. Booyah Buzz white/chartreuse Rat-L Trap original Strike King White/Blue w/ trailer Powerworm black 10" and Yum Dinger watermelon
  12. went to the bass pro in Savannah this past weekend because of the spring sale, figured I would check it out. I walk up to the counter to check out with a couple packs of powerworms, a pack of flukes, and the very last king shad in sexy shad color. Then i get stopped by a rapala pro staffer who tells me he can show me a better lure (than the king shad) for less money. After a lot of convincing, I left with a jointed shad rap and a lot of doubts. The shad rap is in shad color. I'm wondering if I made the right choice.
  13. how would i add weight? Should i go weightless?
  14. I read that a way to lure big bass is to tie two hooks on the end of your line and texas rig both of them. Does this actually work or does it sound as stupid to ya'll as it does to me?
  15. i'll probably throw a chigger craw or a power worm...any color suggestions?
  16. thanks for the info. Is that (the stumpfields) where the fish should be bedding?
  17. Spring break is coming up and I have to choose where to fish. 1) Lake Talquin, where I've never had much success (usually a couple 1 pounders) and usually resort to hauling in bream with a cane pole. The only difference is this time I'm going in the spring, when all the previous trips were in June or July. 2) Rodman Reservoir, where I've only been once, caught a 5 lb bass, and about three or four mudfish...not fun. This trip was cut short by a rain storm and I only got a couple hours in. Might come down to a coin flip...
  18. I'll be heading over there for my spring break (around March 10th) and I haven't been back since around July. I was wondering how the lake is doing as far as bass are concerned, a few good techniques and spots to try, and also if the bass are projected to be bedding by that time...
  19. Looking for a few spots to fish...No boat
  20. Lake George really does have some HUGE bass!!! Check these guys out in my profile pic. Seriously, I'm never goin' back to that lake again. I worked my butt off to catch those bass...and a gar...and a mudfish...what the heck is a gar hittin' a buzzbait for anyways.....
  21. 5/0 Lazer Sharp
  22. I did a search and nothing good came up. Unless I wanted to know how to "avoid snakes", what to do if you're terrified of snakes, how a lizard on topwater looks like a snake, or how visualizing a snake being beaten by a fishing rod makes someone chuckle, the answer to my question is not on the search engine.
  23. Is this worth buying? It gets a lot of airtime on t.v. but I haven't been impressed enough to spend my money on 'em.
  24. YUM

Is a yum dinger essentially the same thing as a senko? Or is there no substitute for the real thing?
