  1. Some of that veil Mesh material likes to bleed through so When your shopping at the fabric store You might want to pick up a few differnt types. I've been using a Shower Curtain I got from Ikea that is made from a mesh material that works really nice if you like smaller scales
  2. They Call him Pikie Mike. Mike Fixter is his name. Pretty legendary with the East Coast Striper Guys.
  3. I tried painting a Crappie once they are pretty hard to figure out
  4. He just wanted a fire tiger but I though two would be more fair so I made the trout too.
  5. I made these monster specifically to trade a Big Bass Hunter another really old fishing lure another West Coast Lure maker made. The big bass hunter found the lure while out fishing.
  6. As you guys are aware the Big bass in California love feast on the planter trout that get dumped in our Reservoirs ans some of the Bass Stalkers live my the Big bait Big Fish concept. Here's my latest custom Sporty Spook I made just for one of those Big Bait kind of fisherman. It's made out of AYC Sealed and Finished with Devcon Epoxy. It's 10" long 5.8 ounces, through wired with 4/0 6X VMC's

  9. Any suggestions on what casting rod I should be looking at for walk the dog style baits in the 2 ounce range? I've been using a Spinnning Popping rod thats ok for smaller fish but I need to get a bigger rod if I want to go large this season and was hoping you guys might be able to help steer me in the right Direction. When I say large I'm thinking Striped bass in the 30 pound range on occasion. Would one of those Swim bait rods work?
